Master programme description

The two-year master degree in Computer Science and Networking (Laurea Magistrale in Informatica e Networking, LM-18) meets the growing demand for an emerging kind of professionals with expertise in both the information and the networking technologies.

These expertise is needed in the design and implementation of both innovative hardware-software distributed infrastructures and service-based distributed applications in several areas of industry, e-business, research, social and citizen services.

The programme is jointly  offered by the Institute of Communication, Information and Perception Technologies (TeCIP Institute) of Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies  and the Department of Computer Science of the University of Pisa. The Department of Information Engineering of the University of Pisa contributes with professors in the area of Networking and Communications.

The official Master qualification diploma (Laurea Magistrale) is jointly awarded by University of Pisa and by Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies.
